Who is Neopian Royalty?

We are a small group of Neopets players who strive to provide you with the safest and cheapest Neopets goods anywhere. We have been playing the game for a very long time. We know what works, what doesn’t work, and ways to make things work for you!

Will you ever need my Neopets password?

No, never. We don’t need your Neopets password, we don’t want your Neopets password. Keep it safe, keep it secure. Don’t give it to anybody.

Will I get frozen for buying from you?

Buying Neopoints and other Neopets goods is a violation of the rules set down by TheNeopetsTeam. As such, there is always an associated risk when choosing to purchase in game products. Everything we sell at Ninepin Royalty is as safe as it can possibly be. We have been in the game for a LONG time. We know what works and what doesn’t. If you have any questions, ask us. No matter how small of a question, we would rather you ask us then go it yourself and make a mistake. Anybody who says they have never had a customer get frozen is lying. We aren’t too proud to say that that is a possibility. However, when you shop with us and come to us for any help after your purchase, we are 100% behind you to help you stay as safe as possible.

If I get frozen do I get a refund for my purchase?

Unfortunately, we do not offer unconditional refunds. We do our very best to make sure everything we send to you is as safe as possible, after that, we have no control over what you do with your purchase. If there are extenuating circumstances then we are more than happy to discuss either a refund or a replacement of your product. Please contact us if you ever have any issues.

How do I receive my Neopoints, items, pets or accounts?

In order to receive your purchase you need to make sure your account is properly set up. Read below to see what that means:
Neopoints – all neopoints are delivered through trades unless bought in bulk (25m+). Set up the proper amount of trades for us to offer on. We can offer 2m per trade lot. So if you order 10m, you need at a minimum 5 lots. Order 2m? You need at least one lot.
Items – sent via neofriend. Make sure your inventory has less than 50 items in it, otherwise we can’t send you anything. If you order lots of items, 20+, please put a few trade lots up as that will make delivery much easier.
Pets – either sent directly to the account you specified at checkout, or can be delivered on it’s own shell account. Please contact us to set up some more specifics.
Accounts – all account information will be emailed to you after purchase. All you need to do is login.

Can I know the name of a pet or account before I buy?

You may not know the name of the pet or account before you buy. If you have any specific requests for a name, you may get in touch with us and we will do our best to meet those requirements. Otherwise, no names will go out before purchase. This is done to protect ourselves as well as the final buyer of our pets. The less people who know the names, the safer you will be.

Do you buy neopoints or items from people?

We do not purchase anything from past customers or outside sources. Everything is handled in house.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

If we are online and have the item in stock, sometimes you will get your order after just a few minutes. We guarantee that all orders will be sent out within 24 hours. If we think it may take longer than that, we will contact you and fill you in on the situation and why there may be a delay. Please be sure your account is set up properly so that we are able to send out your order. Failure to do so may result in a delay.

If I buy a lot, can I get a discount?

It depends what your definition of “a lot” is. We try and keep all of our prices competitive and up to date with the Neopets market. We usually have a promo code that you can use at checkout in order to take a percentage off your order. On top of that, we have a rewards program in place (read about it HERE) where you can earn points for each purchase that can be used for future discounts. You will already get a pretty nice discount just during our normal business times. If you are after a few of the high end items or pets, contact us and we will see what we can work out.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently the main form of payment we accept is PayPal. You may also checkout using any major credit or debit card.
In addition, we are able to accept moneypak cards, bitcoins, litecoins and at times, even Amazon gift cards.

Why should I choose Neopian royalty?

We are upfront, honest and sincere. Here at Neopian Royalty we aren’t going to paint you a magical picture and feed our customers lies. Many sites claim they are 100% legitimate and got all their stuff by playing the game from the start. That is a lie. Many sites claim they have never had anybody frozen, ever. That is a lie. We can say this with 100% certainty. At Neopian Royalty, we are realists and want our customers to know that there are in fact risks, but with proper care, those risks can be mitigated or eliminated all together.

We take every precaution necessary in order to ensure our products are as safe as they can possibly be. Our team has been supplying other sites for years and years. We have been behind the scenes, filling orders everywhere. It wasn’t until recently that we decided to cut out the middleman and bring our goods directly to customers.
